  4. JChecker3.0 is  shareware.  If you wish to continue to use JChecker3.0 after a trial period of twenty days, please register.  The registration fee is US$36 per user.  If you are a registered user of JChecker2.1,  you can upgrade to JChecker3.0 with $16 of upgrade fee.

  6. If you have registered JChecker2.1 after 01/01/2002 which serial number may be greater than 22500,  you can upgrade it for free.  Please email us your name and serial number for the free upgrade. You can check your serial number at the JChecker2.1 About dialog.

  8. And If you are the registered user of Jedit4.0, you can register JChecker3.0 at special discount price of $20.

  10. Please register sufficient numbers if multiple users are to use JChecker3.0

JChecker3.0 may be copied and distributed freely through  Internet or BBS.  However, the contents or composition of files may not be modified during distribution.  If the product is bundled commercially or distributed through CD-ROM, a written permission by  Satoshi Matsumoto( satoshi@artman21.co.jp) is necessary beforehand.

The copyright of JChecker3.0 belongs to Satoshi Matsumoto( satoshi@artman21.co.jp).  Modifications (partial or whole) of this software without permission is prohibited.  Also, the author will not take responsibility for any damages done by the use of this software.  After the shareware registration, the user may not transfer not rent the software license to any third parties.

  26. After the user registration process is complete, an "User Name" and "Registration Code" will be sent by e-mail.  If the application is conducted on a business day, the response will be usually sent on the following day it arrives to us.
